Before you go to the whatsapp marketting part you have to add your whatsap Phone Id , Whatsap Access Token and Whatasp business Ids in Whatsapp integratiton Menu. 

1.  Navigate to the Whatsapp marketing Section : Click on “Whatsapp marketing” under marketing in admin dashboard side bar menu. 

2. Click on the Whatsapp marketing : In the section of WhatsApp marketing you can select either group audience or single audience.If you choose Group Audience You have to chose a contact group , if you choose Single Audience then you need to enter what’s App number of one particular customer .Then send message either to specific number or some group. 

3.  Afterwards go for selecting whatsapp template so that you can send message for example customer service team or your customers.
