1. Add Email Template
1. Go to Email Template Section : Under Marketing Menu in Left Navigation of admin dashboard, choose Email Template .
2. Add Email Template : Inside Proposals area use this link then click on “Add Email Template ” button.
3. Fill in Required Fields : A form will appear and you should fill in fields below:
• Related To : Which entity does this email template relate to? (i.e., Lead, Estimate, Proposal,Campaign) – Required Field
• Is Active : Is this an active email template? Yes/No – Required Field
• Name : Name for email template – Required Field
• Subject Line : Subject for emails that will be using this template-Required Field
• Can Use Them In Your Body : (Optional) List a few placeholders or variables that can be used in {CustomerName}, {ProjectName}).
• Body : Enter the exact message in the email. This field is required.
4. Save The Email Template : Fill in all fields with appropriate information and press “Submit” button to add the Email Template into system.
